Processing Time: Product processing time depends on the specific circumstances of quality inspection, packaging, and warehousing.
What is Processing Time?
Product processing time refers to the time required from receiving your order to actual shipment. Upon receiving your order, we conduct rigorous quality control checks and tests to ensure the product meets your satisfaction standards before shipment. This may include detailed internal checks such as: material quality, zippers, stitching, decorations and patterns, internal structure, lining, etc. Total processing time will vary depending on the complexity, design, and size of the specific product. Larger order quantities will naturally result in longer processing times. We typically process your order within 24 hours on weekdays. However, please note that processing time can also be affected by factors such as individual item stock availability, season, and holidays. If your order contains popular items with limited stock, order processing and shipment may take 7-15 business days. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience.
*If you wish to cancel an out-of-stock item in your order, simply submit a support ticket, and we will respond within 24 hours.
Delivery Time: Generally, worldwide shipping orders take 12-22 business days to arrive. For products within the US, delivery to most areas takes 3-7 business days, but some remote areas may take longer.
Notes:
Delivery may not be available on Saturdays and Sundays in many areas. Additionally, our delivery method only applies to weekdays, excluding weekends and holidays.
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. Box addresses, islands, or territories.
In most cases, packages will arrive within the estimated arrival time. However, actual delivery dates may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, and other external factors. Please refer to your tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.
If your package has not yet arrived, or your tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact customer service within 45 days of the order date to verify. For other order, product, and logistics-related issues, you must contact customer service within 60 days of the order date.
Shipping time is an estimate, calculated from the shipping date, not the order date. Shipping time may take longer than expected due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.
