Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please provide a receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item. Do not send the item back to the manufacturer.

All items must be new, unused, and in their original condition, including the original packaging and all tags. Any item that appears to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way is not eligible for a refund.

Do I need to pay for return shipping?

  1. If the return is due to the consumer’s personal reasons, the return shipping cost is borne by the consumer. The specific cost depends on the courier company you choose.
  2. If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer can return or exchange them free of charge without incurring return shipping costs.
  3. If you selected a shipping method with return insurance when placing your order, you will not need to pay return shipping costs when you wish to return the item.

Important Notice:

Please do not send return packages to the sender’s address on the package. This is not the return address and will affect your return processing. For returns, please contact our customer service for a return address.

Please ensure that your return package does not contain any non-our brand items. We will not be responsible for returning these items.

Please note that we only offer exchanges for the same item in different sizes or colors (if in stock), and each item can only be exchanged once.

If your returned item does not meet the return policy requirements, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and return the item to you.
